Wie sorgt die europäische Gesetzgebung im Wilden Westen von Content-Sharing-Plattformen wie YouTube für Recht und Ordnung? Und was ist mit Facebook? Wie definiert das europäische Recht ihre Rolle und Verantwortung? Höchste Zeit für den neuen Bericht der Europäischen Audiovisuellen Informationsstelle.

Diese neue Studie wurde von den Rechts- und Marktexperten der Informationsstelle verfasst: Francisco Javier Cabrera Blázquez, Maja Cappello, Gilles Fontaine, Ismail Rabie und Sophie Valais. Die Leiterin der juristischen Abteilung, Maja Cappello, präsentierte den Bericht auf einer Konferenz über Video-Sharing-Plattformen (VSPs) Anfang Juni in Paris.
