This volume, after comparison of the situations in the member states of the European Union, examines the challenges that candidate states face and the European Union's approach to them. On the occasion of the Turkish constitutional reform, adopted in the context of European integration, this volume studies more specifically the relationship between the European Union and Turkey and its repercussions on constitutional law in that country.
