Der Leitartikel geht auf die vielen Etappen ein, die in Russland und den übrigen Ländern der Gemeinschaft Unabhängiger Staaten bis zum erfolgreichen Betrieb des ersten Multiplex durchlaufen werden mussten und teilweise noch zu durchlaufen sind.
