Participation in the Annual ECPR General Conference

The Council of Europe will present its activities and publications at the ECPR Annual General Conference (European Consortium for Political Research) to be held from 12 to 15 August 2024 at University College Dublin.

As an engaging platform for discussion, debate and thinking, the ECPR General Conference is Europe's largest annual gathering of political scientists from across the globe. It brings together scholars from across all regional and national borders and all sub-disciplines of political science, providing a forum for rich discussion and the furtherment of research.

Founded in 1970, the ECPR (European Consortium for Political Research) is the leading European academic association dedicated to advancing political science. With over 300 institutional members in nearly 50 countries, it represents a global community of tens of thousands of scholars. The ECPR fosters international scholarly collaboration through its events, publications, and research groups, while also offering methodological training, career development opportunities, grants, and a prestigious publishing program to disseminate the latest research as widely as possible.
