European Social Charter - Governmental Committee - 12th report (II) (1989-90) (1998)
In accordance with Article 27 of the European Social charter, the Governmental Committee has prepared, since the beginning of 12th supervision cycle, the decisions of the Committee of Ministers. In particular it selects the situations which should, in its view, be the subject of recommendations to each Contracting Party concerned.
This second part of the 12th report of the Governmental Committee examines the reports submitted for the 12th supervision cycle by Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Italy, Malta and Spain, in the light of the Conclusions XII-2 of the Committee of Independent Experts. Besides the analysis of conformity of national situations with provisions of the Charter considering Article by Article, this report includes also proposals for recommendations, decisions to address warnings to states and other observations on the national situations.
