Les travailleurs sociaux et de jeunesse, les responsables de jeunesse et les enseignants doivent en permanence s'adapter et réagir aux exigences spécifiques des jeunes et de leur environnement social propre. Domino tente d'apporter une aide à ceux qui travaillent ou envisagent de travailler avec des jeunes sur des projets d'éducation par groupes de pairs.Les différentes sections de Domino contiennent des informations théoriques de base sur l'éducation par groupes de pairs, ainsi que diverses descriptions de projets, des méthodes, des citations et des histoires de jeunes. Les références des ressources utilisées sont indiquées entre parenthèses ; ces ressources sont répertoriées dans la bibliographie (Section 10) à la fin de cette publication.Ce guide est le résultat de différentes pratiques de travail dans plusieurs pays européens, tant dans le secteur éducatif formel que dans le secteur éducatif informel. Ses auteurs se sont basés sur les expériences d'organisations de jeunesse, d'initiatives de jeunesse et d'écoles. La diversité observée en Europe s'exprime aussi à travers la présentation des diverses approches pratiques visant à enrichir le dialogue entre les jeunes, mais aussi entre les jeunes et les adultes.
