In accordance with Article 27 of the European Social charter, the Governmental Committee has prepared, since the beginning of 12th supervision cycle, the decisions of the Committee of Ministers. In particular it selects the situations which should, in its view, be the subject of recommendations to each Contracting Party concerned.
The fourth part of the 13th report of the Governmental Committee examines the reports of Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United Kingdom on Articles 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 19 of the Charter, as well as on conclusions which were negative or adjourned for the second part of the 13th supervision cycle on Articles 7, 17 and 18 in the light of the Conclusions XIII-4 of the Committee of Independent Experts.
The fifth part of the 13th report of the Governmental Committee examines the reports of Finland, Luxembourg and Portugal on the Charter, as well as the reports of Finland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Italy and Norway on the Additional Protocol of 1988 in the light of the Conclusions XIII-5 of the Committee of Independent Experts.
