In this report, the Committee of Independent Experts set up a detailed analysis on national reports of Contracting Parties of the European Social Charter on non-accepted provisions of the Charter in order to bring light the factors which hinder the acceptance of those standards and to contribute to encouraging new acceptances of the provisions considered.
This sixth report concerns the current law and practice in the fields covered by Articles 5 and 6 (the right to organise and the right to bargain collectively) in Greece and Turkey, as well as the Article 6 para.4 (the right to take a collective action) in Austria (Luxembourg did not submit his report on the Article 6 para.4).
